The GP500 comes with a range of quality-of-life and convenience features that are common, but some not as common features, like Keystone and Corner Fit, which digitally warps the image for less than ideal installation as well as a Toslink audio out jack, that turns off the built-in speaker when headphones or a different speaker system is connected, and Bluetooth which allows the GP500 to function wirelessly as a receiver for music. 3D playback is supported as well.
Subjectively, I discovered the GP500 to have very precise grayscale OOTB. It measured a DeltaE of just 2.3 which is less than what's visible to the human eye and quite satisfactory. The Dynamic Contrast function was a great help in bringing the depth to Life of Pi's few night scenes and the color display was superb. Avatar was very impressive as well.

The auto-focus was very effective and produced clear images with many distinct shades. It struggled with the dark scenes at night in Life of Pi but overall it created a cinematic feel.
There aren't any racer graphics for the GP500 but you can buy Airoh Sectors, Scrape and Cosmos in a plain black finish. You can also buy it with Rockstar, Drive and Check graphics for a more focused track look.

These features can be helpful for installations that aren't ideal as they make it simpler to display a flat image. They can, however, reduce image quality. This is an important consideration to be aware of. The GP500 offers a superior grayscale performance and produces very clean and distinct shades.
